Restoring Backups to IE-3100 Switches
Express Setup
If you get a red flashing LED after pressing express setup, hold express setup button until you get green/red alternating blinks to factory reset (takes 15-20 sec)

Upgrade Firmware
Administration --> Software Management
First, click on Remove Inactive Files

Select firmware file from PC
(ie31xx-universalk9.17.15.05.SPA.bin)

Click Download & Install
Administration --> Software Management (After Reboot)
Click one last time on Remove Inactive Files to remove any lingering files after the upgrade.
PRPRestore Configuration (for PCS/SCS Networks)
Administration --> DeviceManagement --> File Manager
- Double-click
the Systemflash: MTU | folder

select the vlan.dat file from your computer you want to restore
No confirmation will be given, but the file should upload after a few seconds
